DIGITAL SCHMIDT PAPER ROLL HARDNESS TESTER



Based on the industry standard "Schmidt" Paper Roll Hardness Testers, the DigiSchmidt2 brings the modern convenience of electronic data acquisition, graphics, and computer downloading capacity to roll quality profiling.

The DigiSchmidt2 tests each point according to the original method, then records the results in computer memory as well as giving a graphic result on the screen. Up to 5,000 tests are retained in nonvolatile memory while complete test series statistics are calculated. The computer automatically adjusts the range of the display for maximum resolution, and provides Min. / Max., Standard Deviation, Curve and Shape Factors, Mean Value, Number of Tests, and Elimination of Outlying Values. All Factors are continuously calculated.

Once tests have been completed, the instrument can be plugged into the "Comm Port" of your computer and all data can be downloaded into a spread sheet such as Excel. Also data can be printed on the optional strip printer.
